CPM এর পূর্ণ
রূপ হচ্ছে Cost per Minute. অর্থাৎ প্রতি মিনিটের খরচ। কোন একটি
সুইং লাইনের CPM বলতে বুঝায় ঐ লাইনের প্রতি মিনেটে যে টাকা খরচ হয় তার পরিমাণ।
এই খরচ হতে পারে-
a) কোন একটি
নির্দিষ্ট সুইং লাইনের
b) কোন একটি
নির্দিষ্ট সুইং ফ্লোর বা সেকশনের
c) কোন একটি
ডিপার্টমেন্টের
d) পুরো
ফ্যাক্টরীর
গার্মেন্টস ইন্ডাস্ট্রিতে সাধারণত
কোন একটি নির্দিষ্ট সুইং লাইনের বা সুইং সেকশনের CPM এর হিসাব
বেশি প্রচলিত।
একটি সুইং
লাইনের CPM বের করার
জন্য ঐ লাইনের Direct Labors এর মোট খরচ বের করতে হবে। Direct Labors বলতে
বুঝায় লাইনের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট অপারেটর, হেল্পার, ইনপুট ম্যান, লাইন সুপারভাইজার ও
কোয়ালিটি ইন্সপেক্টর।

কোন লাইনের Actual Cost Per
Minute নির্ণয়ের সূত্রটি হচ্ছে-
ACPM = (Total Attended salary for the day / (Total garment production of that day × Garment SMV)
অর্থাৎ ACPM = একদিনের মোট বেতন/(ঐ দিনের প্রোডাকশন × গার্মেন্ট এর SAM)
ACPM = (Total Attended salary for the day / (Total garment production of that day × Garment SMV)
অর্থাৎ ACPM = একদিনের মোট বেতন/(ঐ দিনের প্রোডাকশন × গার্মেন্ট এর SAM)
যেখানে, একদিনের
বেতন = মোট বেতন/ঐ মাসের মোট কর্মদিবস
উদাহরণঃ
প্রশ্নঃ যদি কোন একটি সুইং লাইনের একদিনের বেতন 17,000 টাকা হয় এবং সারাদিনে ঐ লাইনে 19 SMV গার্মেন্টস এর 1,000 পিস প্রোডাকশন হয় তাহলে ঐ লাইনের CPM কত?
প্রশ্নঃ যদি কোন একটি সুইং লাইনের একদিনের বেতন 17,000 টাকা হয় এবং সারাদিনে ঐ লাইনে 19 SMV গার্মেন্টস এর 1,000 পিস প্রোডাকশন হয় তাহলে ঐ লাইনের CPM কত?
সমাধানঃ
দেওয়া আছে,
লাইনের
একদিনের বেতন = 17,000 টাকা।
গার্মেন্টস SMV = 19 এবং
লাইনের একদিনের
প্রোডাকশন = 1,000 পিস।
এখন, ACPM (Actual Cost Per Minute) = 17,000/(1,000
× 19) = 0.895 TK
২। কোন লাইনের Estimated Cost Per Minute নির্ণয়ের পদ্ধতি।
কোন লাইনের Estimated Cost Per Minute নির্ণয়ের সূত্রটি হচ্ছে-
ECPM = Total Attended salary for the day / (Total minutes available for the day × Line efficiency for the day)
ECPM = Total Attended salary for the day / (Total minutes available for the day × Line efficiency for the day)
অর্থাৎ ECPM = একদিনের মোট বেতন/(ঐ দিনে প্রাপ্য
মিনিট সংখ্যা × ঐ দিনের লাইন ইফিসিয়েন্সি)
যেখানে,
একদিনের বেতন = মোট বেতন/ঐ মাসের মোট কর্মদিবস এবং
Total minutes available for the
day (ঐ দিনে প্রাপ্য মিনিট সংখ্যা ) = Total labors × Daily working hours for the day × 60
উদাহরণঃ
প্রশ্নঃ যদি কোন একটি সুইং লাইনের একদিনের বেতন 15,000 টাকা হয় এবং ঐ লাইনে মোট 20 জন লোক 10 ঘন্টা কাজ করে এবং লাইনের ইফিসিয়েন্সি 60% হয় তাহলে ঐ লাইনের CPM কত?
উদাহরণঃ

সমাধানঃ
দেওয়া আছে,
লাইনের
একদিনের বেতন = 15,000 টাকা।
লাইনের
ইফিসিয়েন্সি = 60%
মোট লোকের
সংখ্যা = 20 জন।
তাহলে, Total minutes available for the day (ঐ দিনে প্রাপ্য মিনিট সংখ্যা )
= 20 × 10 × 60 = 12000 মিনিট।
এখন, ECPM (Estimated Cost Per Minute) = 15,000/(12,000 × 60%) = 2.08 Tk

Great explanation... But as far I know, sewing supervisor should not be a direct labour. Cause they are not directly involved for producing garment.
